 Induction Stove uses electric induction to cook the food. All the heat which is generated goes directly into the vessel. Let us not go deeper into that process except that it is different from cooking on a flame or through electrical heating element.

Nowadays induction stove has become a desirable alternative to cooking using gas stove or through other traditional cooking methods. Most of the  household almost have an induction stove. Advantage of using the induction stove is cleaning the stove is an easy process, it is much safer to cook using induction stove as it does not use flame or electricity, energy from the stove is not wasted.

Disadvantage of using the induction stove is it requires a special vessel to cook, if there is no current in the house we cannot switch on the stove, it produces sound sometimes, we need to handle with care since the top is made up of glass, the electromagnetic wave can affect the working of some electronic items.
