Advantage.

Preparation time is reduced and accordingly saves cost of cooking, energy consumption is reduced, food is nutritious and tasty.

Disadvantage.

It is not suitable for all kinds of dishes, there is a little learning curve associated with usage in the initial stages, you cannot taste the food while cooking and see if the food is ready, in the case of electric cooker you cannot run it if there is no current in the house.

Size: - It varies from 1.5 liters to 20 liters. The right size depends on the family size. For nuclear family 3 liters, for joint family about 7.5 liters and for commercial cooking higher size should be chosen.

Durability and life: - You must also consider the durability of the pressure cooker. Aluminium cookers have long life. Stainless steel cookers have a longer life than Aluminium cookers
